There are a few handy tips to make sure your lunch products last as long as possible.
- All Campus lunch products are dishwasher safe. Please note: we recommend not putting the bottom part (stainless steel) of your insulated flip-up bottle in the dishwasher, this way you will preserve the print best.
- Store the lid and bread bin/cup separately: this ensures that they dry well.
- Let the lid and bread bin/cup dry separately after cleaning to prevent the lid from smelling.
- You can boil out the sealing ring of the Campus drinking products, as well as the overpressure protector (this overpressure protector is only in school cups produced before 2018). Please note that the other parts cannot be boiled out!
Are any of the parts of your Campus lunch products damaged or in need of replacement? Most parts are available in our parts shop.

Ai, the clamp or rim of your Campus lunchbox is broken! Annoying, but fortunately quick to fix. If the rim is broken or cracked, you can easily order a new one via our parts shop. Below is the step-by-step plan for replacing the rim of your lunchbox:
Step 1: grasp the lunchbox lid on the long sides and pull the rim out slightly.
Step 2: use your thumbs to push out the plate.
Step 3: place the plate in the new rim. Note: the notches are on the side of the clip, on the underside of the lid.
Tip: insert the plate at an angle so that it is already under the clips of the new rim on one side.
Step 4: press the plate down so that it clicks into place. Your lunch box is now as good as new!
We wish you long-lasting pleasure from the lunchbox again!
When the sealing ring of the Campus school cup needs to be replaced, you can remove it very easily from the cap.
This can be done by removing the sealing ring with the blade of a knife.
The sealing ring can be ordered separately in our spare parts shop. So you don't have to buy the school cup again, but can extend its life by replacing this part.

Mould can be caused by acidic products such as milk. This mould then settles in the sealing ring. To get rid of mould, remove the sealing ring from the lid and boil it out.
Please note: neither the lid nor the cup itself should be boiled out!
Preventing mould?
Clean the cup regularly. We recommend washing the school cup after each use or putting it in the dishwasher.
Tip: store the cup and lid separately from each other.
Replacing parts
You can also replace the parts. These can be ordered separately in our parts shop.

If your Campus school cup leaks, in many cases the safety stopper in the lid is no longer in place. This safety cap is only in Campus school cup produced before 2018.
You won't have this problem with post-2018 school cup, in which case it is especially important that the silicone ring is properly in place.
For more information, watch the instruction video below:
- Using the back of a knife tip, remove the sealing ring from the lid.
- You can now clean the sealing ring and the lid. Although both parts can go in the dishwasher, we recommend washing the parts by hand.
- The lid can now be reassembled.
Besides the sealing ring, the rest of the lid can also be taken apart. Place the convex side on the table and press the lid to push the inside out of the rim.
Tip: always keep the children's drinking bottle open. So if you store the drinking bottle in the cupboard, put the lid next to it and don't leave it on, this way the cup can dry properly. Parts for the drinking bottle for children can be bought in our parts shop.
A nice added value is that the lids of our pop-up and flip-up drinking products are interchangeable, so you can make your own fun creations!
Please note: if you want to swap a cap including straw (as with our flip-up bottles), please pay attention to the length. This is because the straw of the flip-up water bottle is longer than that of the flip-up insulated bottle. Should it not fit because of this, you can always use the lid without the straw.
Storing fruit juices in a closed container for a long time can cause them to ferment. This can create a build-up of pressure inside the cup. The pressure safety valve stops the pressure becoming too high and causing the cup to explode. When the pressure inside the cup becomes too high, the safety valve pops open. This then causes the cup to leak. After you have cleaned the cup's components, you can easily reassemble it. By the way, the cup can be safely used with fizzy drinks too. The pressure created by the carbon dioxide in the cup is not enough to open the safety valve.
